The event will be held on Thursday 27th of February (6th week), from 9 am – 6 pm at the Ship Street Centre in Jesus College. We are delighted to announce the event will be FREE for all members, and £2 for non-members. Lunch and coffee breaks will also be included!

Professor Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell DBE, FRS, FRAS: Astrophysicist and discovered the first radio pulsars. Former President of the Institute of Physics.
Professor Jackie Hunter CBE: Chief Executive of the BBSRC. Over thirty years of experience in the bioscience research sector, working across academia and industry. Founded OI Pharma Partners that supports life sciences sector in harnessing the power of open innovation.
Roma Agrawal: Structural Engineer at WSP. Worked on designing the Shard in London. Winner of the Management Today: 35 Women under 35 prize 2013.
Dr Elizabeth Pollitzer: Expert on Gender and Science and supports the European Commission in structural changes on this matter. Founding Member of Portia LtD that focuses on effective strategies for gender equality in science.
Professor Polly Arnold: Crum Brown Chair of Chemistry at the University of Edinburgh. Received Royal Society Rosalind Franklin Prize and executive producer of A Chemical Imbalance.
Professor Dame Carol Black DBE FRCP: Advisor on Work and Health at the Department of Health, Principal of Newnham College, Cambridge, Chair of the Nuffield Trust.

We are excited to announce we will be holding three different workshops in conjunction with the Careers Service Springboard trainers, Dr Owen Darbishire from the Said Business School (Rhodes Trust Lecturer in Management Studies, Expert in Negotiation) and the Oxford Student Mindfulness Society.
