OxFEST (Oxford Females in Engineering, Science, and Technology) is one of the largest student-led societies at the University of Oxford. We promote Gender Equality in STEM subjects by supporting women studying or working in these fields, spreading awareness of diversity issues in STEM, and encouraging community members to become advocates.
We have three teams working in parallel to (1) organize events through the year, (2) match students to mentors in academia or industry, and (3) bring you our annual conference every Hilary term. We offer a range of events, from engaging talks and workshops to social gatherings and networking opportunities. Our aim is to provide women in STEM with the tools to succeed while facilitating discussion and the exchange of ideas both on diversity and technology.

Our efforts are made possibly by the great generosity of our sponsors who bring us closer to ultimate goal: gender equality in STEM. Please let us express our gratitude to the OxFEST sponsors for the 2017/18 academic year:
